ZRP 7075 Front Double-Shear Capped Knuckle Set – Can-Am Maverick X3
Billet 7075 front-knuckle set for Can-Am Maverick X3 applications using compatible 7/8-inch uniball or rod-end upper and lower control-arm connections.

Important Fitment
These knuckles do not work with standard ball-joint A-arms. Compatible A-arms must use a 7/8-inch uniball or rod-end configuration.

Installation Notes
- Follow factory procedures for knuckle removal and installation except where ZRP specifies otherwise.
- ZRP specifies 53 ft-lb for the supplied ARP bolts, with 48–60 ft-lb as the stated acceptable range.
- For racing use, the original instructions call for blue threadlocker on the ARP bolt threads.
- Tighten from the nut side rather than the bolt head.
- The original instructions specify at least 180 ft-lb axle torque.
ZRP's original product specification states lab testing to approximately 86,000 lb versus 17,000 lb for the factory comparison part. Treat this as the manufacturer's test claim.
